Our journey began in 2012, when our founder, coming from the vibrant streets of
Brazil, brought his love for South American flavours to Australia. Arriving in this new
land, he couldn’t help but miss the tastes of his homeland. Determined to share
the culinary love he grew up with, he embarked on a mission to create something
truly special: a pizza experience that celebrates the fusion of cultures and the joy
of sharing food with loved ones.
At I Love Pizza, we believe that food is a language of love, a way to express
affection and connection. In our culture, we understand that every meal is an

APPLY
Next up, we'll send you a confidentiality agreement so we can share more detailed info about our franchise. We'll also schedule a face-to-face meeting where you can learn all about our operation, procedures, investment details, and more.
PAPERWORK TIME
Once you're ready to dive in, we'll send over a Letter of Offer and you'll pay a deposit fee. While we work on the contract, you'll get to experience a Discovery Day at one of our stores, getting a feel for our vibe and daily routines.
TRAINING BEGINS
After signing the contract, it's time to roll up your sleeves. You'll undergo a 2- week training with our Operations Manager, learning everything from systems to pizza-making. Then, you'll have a month of free access to any store, any time to soak up the atmosphere!
KEEPING IN TOUCH
As you set up your store, we'll stay in close contact. After 4 weeks, we'll check in to see how things are progressing, offer support, and provide marketing materials to help get the word out about your new venture.
GRAND OPENING
We'll help kick off the launch, provide in-store training for your staff, and celebrate this exciting new chapter together. Here's to many happy days ahead!

WHERE CAN I OPEN A STORE?
You can open an I Love Pizza store anywhere that is within a 5km radius of an existing I Love Pizza location. For locations outside of NSW, please contact our Head Office to discuss the possibility of opening a store in your desired area. Opening a store in a new state requires finding a distributor who can supply your store and developing a strategic plan tailored to the specific market.
CAN I OWN MORE THAN ONE STORE?

HOW LONG DOES THE WHOLE PROCESS TAKE?

Typically, from the day you acquire the keys to your new establishment, the setup process, including adhering to ILP Standards, fitting out the space, and acquiring equipment, takes approximately 8 to 12 weeks. CAN I HAVE OTHER BUSINESSES AND/OR OTHER FORM OF EMPLOYMENT?
