TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to I Love Pizza. By placing an order with us, either in-store, through our website (https://i-love-pizza.com.au/), or via our mobile app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with the latest version.

General Terms

  • All prices listed on our website and in-store are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • All offers and promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
  • Half & Half is not available for medium-sized or gluten-free pizzas.
  • Gluten-free bases are only available in medium size (11 inches).
  • Any customisations may incur additional charges as displayed in the order basket.
  • Extra toppings must be paid for, even when redeeming 10 tokens.
  • Large size starter pizzas will be charged the same price as large size traditional pizzas.
  • Choice of any flavour on kids-size pizzas is available in-store for a charge of $15 (juice not included & $2 extra for Signatures/Seafood)

Delivery Fees & Surcharges

  • $4.99 delivery fee applies to delivery orders
  • 15% surcharge applies on public holidays
  • Minimum delivery order: $25 (excluding delivery fee and public holiday surcharge)

Customisation & Additional Charges

  • $2 surcharge applies for Half/Half pizzas
  • Half/Half is only available on Large pizzas
  • Customization may incur further charges as displayed in the order basket
  • Extra toppings must be paid for, even when 10 tokens are applied
  • Large size Starter Pizzas will be charged at the same price as Large Traditional Pizzas
  • Customers may remove ingredients from their pizza at no additional cost, but any additions or substitutions will incur extra charges

Catupiry Strips Policy:

  • Chicken Catupiry Pizza comes with 10 strips of Catupiry
  • Five Cheese Pizza comes with 5 strips of Catupiry
  • Any pizza that does not normally include Catupiry but has been paid for as an extra will receive 5 strips
  • If a customer wants the same amount as a Chicken Catupiry Pizza, they must order 2x double Catupiry for that specific pizza

Vouchers & Promotions

  • Only one (1) special voucher can be used per order. Special vouchers include:
    • 10 Tokens
    • Free drink
    • Free dessert
  • All offers are not valid with any other coupon or offer
  • Only 10 tokens are allowed per order. If the customer does not have a file with us, they may be requested to present 3 order receipts from I Love Pizza proving they are a regular customer collecting tokens

Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds are not processed immediately for online orders placed through our website; they are handled by the head office for processing
  • I Love Pizza prefers to issue store credit instead of a refund; however, each store owner may handle this at their discretion
  • A voucher can be created for customers to use on their next online order

Delivery Policy

  • Drivers have a 10-minute wait time if a customer does not answer or pick up their order at the door
  • The driver must attempt to call the customer at least 2-3 times
  • If the customer remains unreachable, the driver will contact the store manager, who will decide whether to leave the order in a safe place or return it to the store
  • Drivers must enter the premises to deliver, but not the house.

Loyalty Program

  • I Love Pizza offers a loyalty program that allows customers to earn tokens when ordering through our official website or app. Orders placed through third-party platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog, etc.) do not count towards loyalty rewards.
  • Only 10 tokens can be redeemed per order.
  • If a customer does not have a file with us, they may be required to present three (3) order receipts from I Love Pizza to confirm they are a regular customer collecting tokens.

Deals & Promotions

  • For specific terms and conditions regarding active deals and promotions, visit: https://i-love-pizza.com.au/deals
  • All offers are not valid in conjunction with any other coupon or promotion unless otherwise specified.
  • Discounts apply only to eligible items and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • I Love Pizza reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.

Allergy & Dietary Information

  • I Love Pizza offers a variety of menu options, including halal, gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free pizzas. However, due to shared cooking and preparation areas, we cannot guarantee that any menu item will be completely free from allergens, including but not limited to gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, eggs, and meat.
  • We take great care to minimize cross-contamination, but traces of allergens may be present in any of our food items.
  • Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and contact the store before ordering.
  • A full allergen list is available on our website or upon request in-store.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, cancellations may not be possible.
  • If you experience an issue with your order (incorrect item, missing item, etc.), please contact the store within 30 minutes of receiving your order so we can assist you.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at I Love Pizza’s discretion.

Third-Party Delivery Platforms

  • When ordering through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog, or other third-party services:
  • Prices and availability may vary from our in-store and website prices.
  • I Love Pizza is not responsible for issues related to third-party service delays, delivery quality, or app malfunctions.
  • Orders placed through third-party services are not eligible for I Love Pizza’s loyalty program or promotions.

Payment & Pricing

  • Payment can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other available options on our website.
  • Surcharges may apply for credit card payments made over the phone.
  • All transactions are processed in AUD.

Store Policies & Conditions

  • Our stores and delivery drivers only carry $20 in change at any time.
  • Drivers are not permitted to enter customer premises.
  • Customers are required to provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect addresses may result in additional charges.
