App Sign-Up Bonus & ILP Rewards
Promoter. This offer is run by I Love Pizza Pty Ltd (“ILP”, “we”, “us”).
Eligibility. The offer is only for new customers who download the official I Love Pizza app (Apple App Store or Google Play) and create a new rewards account.
One per person. The sign-up bonus is limited to one per person, mobile number, email address. Accounts that already exist, or that were deleted and set up again, can’t get it.
Sign-up bonus. New accounts get 150 bonus points once registration is complete. This is a one-off bonus.
“Free pizza” explained. The “free first pizza” includes one Free Starter Pizza, which you redeem by spending your 150 sign-up points through the app’s rewards. Premium/gourmet upgrades, extra toppings, half & half and base changes (including gluten-free) will cost extra.
Minimum spend. You need a minimum spend of $25, not counting the value of the redeemed reward, delivery fees, surcharges and tips.
Earning points. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible app orders, rounded down to the nearest dollar. You don’t earn points on delivery fees, surcharges, tips, gift card purchases, or the value of any redeemed reward or discount. Stores earning programs may differ – check your local store for more information.
Referrals. Members earn 100 points for each friend they refer, once that friend signs up as a new customer. Self-referrals and fake or duplicate accounts don’t count.
Redeeming rewards. Rewards can only be redeemed through the ILP app, at participating stores, while that store is trading. The current rewards and point costs are shown in the app and may be subject to change.
No cash value. Points and rewards can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t be transferred or sold, and can’t be combined with any other offer, deal, voucher or discount unless we say so.
Participating stores. The offer is valid at participating I Love Pizza stores in NSW and QLD. Some stores may exclude it. Check the app when you order.
Refunds & cancellations. If an order is refunded or cancelled, we may reverse any points earned or redeemed on it.
Misuse. We may cancel points, rewards or accounts, or refuse an order, if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, or a breach of these terms.
Changes. We may change, suspend or end this offer or the rewards program at any time, to the extent the law allows. The current version of these terms is always on this page.
