1. General terms

• All prices listed on our website and in-store are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
• All offers and promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
• Half & Half pizzas are only available on large pizzas. They are not available on medium or gluten-free bases.
• Gluten-free bases are only available in medium size (11 inches). All chicken pizzas use a marinade containing wheat/gluten and soy, so they are not suitable for coeliacs even on a gluten-free base.
• Any customisations may incur additional charges as displayed in the order basket.
• Customers may remove ingredients from their pizza at no additional cost, but any additions or substitutions will incur extra charges.
• Large starter pizzas are charged at the same price as large traditional pizzas.
• Kids-size pizza with a choice of any flavour is available in-store for $15 (juice not included, +$2 for Signatures and Seafood).
• I Love Pizza is a franchise network. Individual store policies may vary at the discretion of the franchisee owner.

2. Ordering & payment

• Payment can be made via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and other available payment methods displayed at checkout.
• All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• A Platform & Card Fee (surcharge) may apply to online orders. This fee is clearly displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
• Surcharges may apply for credit card payments made over the phone.
• A 15% surcharge applies to all orders on public holidays.
• Customers are required to provide accurate delivery and payment details. Incorrect information may result in order delays or additional charges.

3. Delivery policy

• A delivery fee applies to all delivery orders. The fee is displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
• Minimum delivery order value is $25 (excluding the delivery fee and any applicable surcharges).
• Delivery drivers have a 10-minute wait time if a customer does not answer or collect their order at the door.
• The driver must attempt to contact the customer at least 2 to 3 times before taking further action.
• If the customer remains unreachable, the driver will contact the store manager, who decides whether to leave the order in a safe place or return it to the store.
• Drivers are permitted to enter building premises to deliver, but must not enter a customer's private dwelling.
• Some deliveries may be fulfilled by third-party delivery drivers (for example, Uber Direct). I Love Pizza takes great care in selecting delivery partners but is not responsible for damage caused during transit by third-party drivers.

4. Customisation & additional charges

• A $2 surcharge applies to Half & Half pizzas.
• Customisation may incur further charges as displayed in the order basket.
• Extra toppings must be paid for at all times, including when redeeming loyalty rewards.

Catupiry strips. Chicken Catupiry pizza includes 10 strips and Five Cheese pizza includes 5 strips. Any pizza with Catupiry added as an extra receives 5 strips. To receive the same amount as a Chicken Catupiry pizza, customers must order 2x double Catupiry.

5. Loyalty program

I Love Pizza operates a points-based loyalty program through our official app and website, powered by NextOrder.

• Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible orders through our official app or website, or in-store when a registered phone number is provided at the time of ordering.
• Orders placed through third-party platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, and similar) do not count towards loyalty points.
• Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points are accumulated and redeemed at store level. Points earned at one store may only be redeemed at that same store unless otherwise specified.
• Available rewards and the points required to redeem them are displayed within the app and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• I Love Pizza reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
• Loyalty points from any previous loyalty system, including digital stamp programs, are not transferable to the new points-based system.
• For in-store orders, simply provide your registered phone number at the counter and points are added to your profile automatically.
• Refer a friend: customers who refer a new user via their unique app referral link receive 100 bonus points once the referred user creates an account.

6. Vouchers & promotions

• Only one (1) promotional voucher or discount code can be used per order.
• All offers are not valid in conjunction with any other coupon, promotion, deal, combo, or bundle unless otherwise stated.
• Discounts apply only to eligible items and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional items in the cart do not count towards minimum spend thresholds for discount codes.
• I Love Pizza reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Order cancellations & refunds

• Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
• If you experience an issue with your order, such as an incorrect item, a missing item, or poor quality, please contact the store within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
• Refunds or replacements are issued at I Love Pizza's discretion.
• I Love Pizza may offer store credit or a voucher in lieu of a cash refund. Each store owner may handle refund requests at their discretion.
• Refunds for online orders are handled by head office. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
• Where a refund is required and card details are not available on file, customers may be offered an equivalent store credit or voucher for use on their next order.

8. Third-party delivery platforms

• When ordering through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog, or other third-party services, prices and availability may differ from our in-store and website prices.
• I Love Pizza is not responsible for issues related to third-party service delays, delivery quality, or app malfunctions.
• Orders placed through third-party platforms are not eligible for I Love Pizza's loyalty program or promotions.

9. App & online ordering

• The official I Love Pizza app is available on the App Store and Google Play. Download the app.
• The previous I Love Pizza app is no longer active. Customers must download the new app to place orders and participate in the loyalty program.
• Online ordering is powered by NextOrder. By placing an order through our website or app, you also agree to NextOrder's terms of service.
• I Love Pizza is not responsible for technical issues, outages, or errors related to the ordering platform or app.
• Guest checkout may be available. However, loyalty points are only earned by registered users with an active account.

10. Allergy & dietary information

• I Love Pizza offers menu options including halal, gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free items. However, due to shared cooking and preparation areas, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens.
• Allergens include, but are not limited to, gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, eggs, sesame, and shellfish.
• All chicken pizzas contain a marinade with Smokey BBQ Seasoning, which contains wheat/gluten and soy. These pizzas are not suitable for coeliacs, even when ordered on a gluten-free base.
• The only menu items that are not nut-free are those containing pesto aioli, which contains cashews. Customers with nut allergies should ask staff to confirm before ordering.
• We take great care to minimise cross-contamination, but traces of allergens may be present in any food item.
• Customers with severe allergies should contact the store directly before placing an order.
• A full allergen list is available on our website or on request in-store.

11. Franchise network

• I Love Pizza is a franchise network operated by I Love Group Pty Ltd (ABN 95 660 377 959).
• Each I Love Pizza store is independently owned and operated by a franchisee under licence from I Love Group Pty Ltd.
• Head office is responsible for brand standards, marketing, and supplier agreements. Individual store operations and staffing are the responsibility of the franchisee.
• Complaints or feedback relating to a specific store are directed to the relevant franchisee for resolution.

12. Privacy

• By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Personal information, including name, phone number, email, and order history, is collected for the purpose of order fulfilment, loyalty program management, and marketing communications.
• We do not sell personal information to third parties.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the I Love Pizza website, app, and marketing materials, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of I Love Group Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, I Love Pizza's liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services is limited to the value of the order in question.
• I Love Pizza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, app, or services.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Governing law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
